Obverse: Displays the official coat of arms of Barbados, along with the face value and purity. The central golden shield features two Pride of Barbados flowers, the national flower, and the bearded fig tree (Ficus citrifolia). Supporting the shield are a dolphin, symbolizing the fishing industry, and a pelican, referencing historic Pelican Island. Above the shield rests a helmet and mantling, topped by the arm of a Bajan holding crossed sugar cane stalks—an emblem of the island’s sugar heritage. The motto “Pride and Industry” completes the design
Reverse: Presents a rear view of a pelican with wings fully extended, perched atop a pier post. Stylized clouds rise above the bird, while ocean waves appear below. The inscriptions “Caribbean Silver,” the metal purity, and the year of issue are also included

Issued as a sovereign coin and backed by the Government of Barbados, this release combines artistic detail with national symbolism, making it a distinctive addition to any silver collection.
