In Aspire Silver Co.'s case, we do not sell your public information. However, the California law provides very generic definitions that companies like Aspire Silver Co. may fall into.

1. If you decide to option to SMS text messaging from Aspire Silver Co., we will send marketing messages of exclusive offers, discounts and other marketing related messages.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code provided. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Aspire Premier Rewards™ Program
Aspire Premier Rewards™ is a complimentary consumer loyalty program offered by Aspire Silver Co. and designed to reward individual customers for their ongoing engagement and purchases. The program provides eligible members with the ability to accrue Premier Points, unlock tier-based benefits, and receive member-exclusive discounts, subject to verification and compliance with program terms.
Participation in Aspire Premier Rewards™ is limited exclusively to individual, non-business customers. Wholesale buyers, resellers, dealers, corporations, partnerships, trusts, or any other business entities are not eligible to enroll or receive program benefits.
Membership cards issued under the Aspire Premier Rewards™ program have no cash value and do not function as a form of payment. The program is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or connected to any bank, lender, credit issuer, or financing institution.
Enrollment & Activation
Aspire Premier Rewards™ cards are not active upon receipt and must be enrolled prior to use.
To activate a membership, the cardholder must email PremierActivation@AspireSilverCo.com with the subject line:
“Aspire Premier Member Activation”
The activation email must include the following information:

Full legal name to be registered to the card

Authorized secondary users (maximum of two), limited to immediate family members only

Shipping address (up to two addresses permitted; PO Boxes allowed only upon verification by the Aspire Support Team)

Primary phone number (up to two non-toll-free phone numbers permitted)
All customer information is stored in encrypted systems and is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or for fraud prevention and verification purposes.
A Member ID remains inactive until the member receives a confirmation email from Aspire Silver Co. Activation may take up to twenty-four (24) hours from submission.
Premier Points & Accrual
Premier Points are accrued to a member’s account as follows:

On every qualifying purchase at a rate of one (1) Premier Point per one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent

On the member’s birthday, at Aspire Silver Co.’s discretion
Premier Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
To receive applicable benefits, members must enter their Member ID, located on the front of their Aspire Premier Rewards™ card, during checkout in the “Add Promotion Code” field.
Aspire team members will verify that the Member ID matches the registered name and address. If the information does not match, the transaction may be voided, and any subsequent purchase may be repriced based on the prevailing spot price at the time of re-purchase.
Discounts & Tier Structure
Members may receive discounts ranging from 1% on the lowest-priced eligible item in the cart, up to a maximum discount of $15 per purchase, unless otherwise specified by tier benefits.
Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, incentives, coupon codes, or special pricing offers.
The Aspire Premier Rewards™ program includes four tier levels:

$100 discount on orders over $1,000 before applicable taxes and shipping
Tier benefits are subject to verification and may be modified or discontinued at Aspire Silver Co.’s discretion.
Fraud Prevention & Account Verification
Aspire Silver Co. reserves the right to monitor, review, and verify all Member ID usage. If fraudulent activity, misuse, or misrepresentation is suspected, Aspire Silver Co. may:

Temporarily suspend the Member ID

Hold funds and/or purchased items

Delay shipment pending verification

Cancel or void transactions
In cases of misuse or misrepresentation, Aspire Silver Co. may assess a return or restocking fee ranging from $15 up to $100, based on spot price movement, transaction value, and administrative costs.
Members will be notified promptly if account activity is flagged for verification.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Lost or stolen Aspire Premier Rewards™ cards must be reported immediately to CXRelations@AspireSilverCo.com. Verification information may be required before a replacement card is issued.
Once reported and verified, lost or stolen Member IDs will be voided and rendered unusable. Aspire Silver Co. is not liable for unauthorized use prior to reporting.
Initial cards are provided at no cost. Replacement cards may be subject to a $5.00 replacement fee, plus applicable shipping and handling, at the discretion of Aspire Silver Co. management.
Program Modifications & Termination
Aspire Silver Co. reserves the right to add, remove, modify, suspend, or cancel Aspire Premier Rewards™ benefits, point balances, tier structures, or registrations at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.
