At Aspire Silver Co., we strive to provide every customer with high-quality, authentic precious metal products delivered securely and accurately. Due to the nature of the precious metals market and pricing volatility, the following policy governs all orders, returns, cancellations, and shipping procedures.

Payment Policies

Accepted Payment Methods

Aspire Silver Co. Currently Accepts:

  • Debit / Credit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Venmo

  • Due to real-time precious metals market movements, all prices are locked in for 10 minutes at checkout. Orders not completed within this window may be subject to price updates based on current market conditions.

  • For order exceeding $7,500 a wire transfer may be initiated by a member of our Client Support Team. Contact us at (877) 935-6180 or email us prior to placing your order at Support@AspireSilverCo.com

* Orders exceeding $500 may require a 2–3 business day processing and clearing period to protect both the buyer and Aspire Silver Co. from fraudulent activity.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the item received is materially different from what was ordered.

Material differences include:

  • Incorrect product shipped

  • Wrong weight, product type, or edition

  • Product substitution not pre-approved by the customer

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Changes in preference

  • Market price changes

  • Carrier delays or factors outside Aspire Silver Co.’s control

Any return request outside of these criteria is subject to approval at the sole discretion of the Aspire Silver Co. Customer Support Team.

Order Cancellations & Discretionary Returns

If a cancellation or return is requested that does not fall within the standard return guidelines, Aspire Silver Co. reserves the right to:

  • Assess a $50 cancellation fee, and

  • Base the return valuation on the current spot price of silver at the time cancellation/return is approved, which may differ from the original purchase price.

Aspire Silver Co. may deny cancellation or return requests deemed unreasonable.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise approved by Aspire Silver Co. Customer Support.

  • Returned items must be securely packaged, insured, and remain in original condition.

Aspire Silver Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Method & Processing

Upon receipt of approved returns:

  • All items will undergo inspection and verification.

  • Refund value will be calculated per policy terms.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Fraud Prevention

Aspire Silver Co. actively monitors transactions to prevent fraud. Orders may be subject to identity verification, payment hold, or cancellation if suspicious activity is detected.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Payment Clearing

Once an order is placed, payment processing time typically ranges between 1–3 business days, depending on order amount and payment method verification.

After payment is cleared:

  • Orders enter fulfillment processing within 1–3 business days.

  • During this time, products are pulled, verified, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

  • Holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances may extend processing or shipping timeframes slightly.

Aspire Silver Co. does not ship on:

  • Weekends

  • Federal Holidays

If any issue or delay arises, a member of the Aspire Silver Co. Support Team will contact the customer within 1 business day of purchase.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on order size and shipping requirements, orders may be shipped via:

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • UPS

A tracking number will be provided once the order ships.

Shipping Liability & Insurance

Aspire Silver Co. is Not Responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Damaged packages

  • Carrier mishandling

However, orders over $500 are insured and will be covered in the event of loss or shipping damage.

Customers must notify Aspire Silver Co. immediately if a shipment issue occurs so that an insurance claim can be initiated. Any claims submitted after the mandated UPS, USPS or FedEx regulations will not be covered under the insurance umbrella of coverage.

Inventory And Availability​: ​Aspire Silver Co. strives to have the most accurate and up to date inventory counts. Inventory counts at time of purchase may vary. In the rare case where inventory listed is inaccurate or your order size is more than the available inventory Aspire will notify the customer prior to fulfillment and guarantees a refund for any shortage of inventory.
