The 2023 Witchcraft: Seeress 1 oz Silver BU opens a collection inspired by legendary Germanic sorceresses believed to possess the ability to foretell the future, ward off evil spirits, and harness deep botanical knowledge. The Seeress held a unique place in the hearts of both gods and humans, and even the mighty god Odin was said to seek her counsel.
 
In preparation for mystical rituals, the Seeress dons ceremonial attire, including a diadem, belt, and pendant crafted from deer skull fragments and antlers. Her hand tightly grasps a ceremonial staff, a symbol of her mystical authority and spiritual power within ancient traditions of prophecy and magic.
 
At her side stands Ratatosk, the mythic squirrel entrusted with carrying messages between the inhabitants of the World Tree, Yggdrasil. His presence represents the connection between realms and the flow of knowledge between gods, mortals, and the spiritual world.
 
The reverse side presents a distinctive design centered around Germania Mint’s iconic double-headed eagle. At the heart of the design appear animal skulls and dragons, symbols associated with the realm of the dead and ancient mythological forces.
