Design Details
Obverse
The obverse features a detailed portrait of Wyatt Earp, modeled after one of the most famous photographs of the frontier lawman. Above the portrait, the inscription “WYATT EARP” curves along the upper circumference, emphasizing the round’s tribute to the legendary marshal.
Reverse
The reverse presents the series’ common Old West design, filled with iconic frontier imagery. At the center is a blank lawman’s badge wrapped in a cowboy’s rope, symbolizing frontier justice. Surrounding the badge are classic Western elements including a horned bull skull, crossed six-shooters positioned at the 10 and 2 o’clock positions, and two horseshoes at the 3 o’clock position.
