Known for his strategic skill and resilience, Geronimo led small bands across the rugged terrain of the American Southwest, resisting forced relocation and defending his people against overwhelming odds.
 
His leadership, determination, and deep connection to his homeland made him a powerful symbol of resistance, strength, and cultural identity. Though his final surrender in 1886 marked the end of a prolonged era of conflict, Geronimo’s legacy continues to endure in American history.
