Inspired by the powerful artistic themes of 17th-century engraver Jacques Callot, the series explores the complexities of human nature through symbolic depictions of the Seven Deadly Sins—pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth. Each design unites a sin, a scene, and a demon into a visual narrative intended to provoke reflection on timeless moral struggles.
 
The Luxuria release embodies Lust, portrayed through rich allegorical imagery representing temptation, desire, and the loss of restraint. The design uses classical symbolism to convey how unchecked desire can influence human behavior across cultures and generations.
 
Only 2,000 Reverse Proof rounds of each design have been produced, and each piece is individually laser-serialized, reinforcing the collectible nature of the series. The artwork was created by former U.S. Mint coin designer Joel Iskowitz, whose work blends historical artistic inspiration with modern bullion craftsmanship.

The Awakening series presents a consistent reverse design across all seven sins, while each obverse depicts a different allegorical representation of a deadly sin.
 
Obverse
 
The obverse portrays Luxuria (Lust) as a sensual woman accompanied by a demon representing temptation and a goat, a traditional symbol associated with unchecked desire and indulgence. The design carries the single inscription “LUXURIA.”
 
Reverse
 
The reverse features the shared series design: an all-seeing eye above a pyramid, surrounded by seven demons representing the Seven Deadly Sins. Inscriptions include “THE AWAKENING,” “ANNUIT COEPTIS,” and the specifications “.999 SILVER 5 TROY OZ.” The outer rim bears the phrase “YOU CAN’T WAKE A PERSON WHO IS PRETENDING TO BE ASLEEP.”
